After a two-year break, the youngest runners are coming back to the central Zagreb square - Trg ban Jelačića. As part of the 30th Zagreb Marathon, in the morning hours, as a prelude to the main program, our "kids" will run around the Square and fight for the best possible place and enjoy socializing.

The program starts at 10:00 a.m. - the first race on the program is for children of kindergarten age - it goes in order according to the older categories. It is necessary to arrive at Trg bana Jelačića a little earlier - approx. 9:30 a.m. in order to prepare for the races in time.

Races are divided by the following ages:
Kindergarten - boys and girls (100m)
Kindergarten/preschoolers - boys and girls (100m)
Elementary school 1st and 2nd grades - boys and girls (250m)
Elementary school 3rd and 4th grades - boys and girls (400m)
Elementary school 5th and 6th grades - boys and girls (600m)

There is no registration fee to participate in children's races, but registration is required via this link 30th Zagreb Marathon Registration  and choose the "Children" race type .

Upon arrival at the Square, you should report to the volunteers at the registration center who will lead the children's races. The three first-place winners in each category (especially boys and especially girls) receive prizes from the sponsor Podravka, a medal, and the first-place winner a trophy from the organizers.

The winner will be announced after the end of the last children's race (between 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.). We are waiting for you on Saturday, October 1st at Ban Jelačić Square!
