Location - Embankment, benches near Močvara, next to the Slobode Bridge

Training: combining marathon pace with fartlek
– 15-20 minute warm-up
– 10 minutes at marathon pace
– 15 minutes of fartlek 1 minute fast + 1
minute easy
– 10 minutes at marathon pace
– 15-20 minutes of running around
Total training duration 60-70 minutes.

Changing rooms for changing before and after training in the club premises under the Time Cafe, 100m from the benches
Parking next to and under the Slobode Bridge and in Prudi Street is free. Post-training refreshments are provided.
